How Do I Return an Item?
At Atlantis Water Gardens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. After 30 days, returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our sole discretion.
To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, meaning:
- The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or use in any way.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Certain products may have different return periods or restrictions, which will be noted in their product description.
- All tags must still be attached to the product, including the color-coded AWG date tag.
Restocking Fee
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not due to our error (such as damage or incorrect shipment). This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or was shipped incorrectly, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or store credit for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Refund & Exchange Process
- Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the returned item(s) once received.
- You must contact us before returning an item; unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
- Items returned after 30 days without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Options
Customers have the option to return items either in-store or by shipping them back to us. Please specify your preferred return method when contacting our support team.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
